First Visit
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.
Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance. We've found that one of the best ways to have successful patients relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!
The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you'll enjoy. It's as simple as that.
New Patient Paperwork
First Visit
On your first visit, we will have you fill out standard practice member paperwork so we get to know you and your family. Then we will take a detailed history of you and your current reason for seeking help in our office.
Next we will do some simple tests to see if chiropractic care could potentially help you with your condition(s) and if necessary, X-Rays will be taken righ here in the office.
Second Visit
We will go over your exam findings as well as any findings on the films that we took and explain the implications of the findings.
Next, if all appears to be safe to move frward with adjustments, we will recommend a "test adjustment" to see how your body responds to our adjusting techniques.
Third Visit
If you have chosen to get your condition under control, we will get you adjusted and then g over our treatment recommendations.
Regular Visits
After we have scheduled you for your treatment plan, you will come in to the office, sign in on the iPad and get adjsuted.
